Bio-Clean of New Jersey offers the leading meth lab decontamination solution in the Tri-State area.
Our trained, certified teams utilize state of the art equipment to quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly decontaminate any meth lab, regardless of the size or chemical concentration.
The first step in decontaminating the structure is testing. Once our testing results come back, we have an idea of the concentration or levels of methamphetamine present. We then put together a custom hygiene plan for the structure. The hygiene plan details what steps are necessary to properly decontaminate the meth lab and how to achieve each of these steps.
After the hygiene plan is put into place, we control air flow by venting the house through activated charcoal HEPA air filters. We raise the temperature of the structure to help agitate and clear out all volatile organic chemicals. Temperature and time vary depending on the levels of methamphetamine found. Once the structure has been properly vented and all indoor gases properly processed and treated, the “de-junking” procedure can begin.
The first step in “de-junking” is to dispose of trash because it tends to be tainted. Due to the hazardous nature of the chemicals released during the cooking of meth, trash is disposed of with special precautions. It is sent to an approved waste facility to prevent further contamination. We then remove anything that is porous such as drywall, cabinets, stoves, etc. Any non-porous surfaces are then cleaned with special a proprietary decontamination process delivered by a patented proprietary system. This process renders the methamphetamine non-toxic, inherently biodegradable, with no hazardous by-products. Bio-Clean of New Jersey’s patented process requires minimal cleanup with proven results, and is EPA registered.
